1. Check import tariff and documentation requirements
Depending on the policy of your country, you may need to pay import tariff on products you import. You may ask one of your local customs brokers for this information by referring her to the web page of the product you wish to import, or by asking the customs office your country. You may find customs brokers at the members page of the IFCBA, and websites of customs offices at the World Customs Organization. In addition to tariff rates, also note what documentation (beyond the usual invoice, packing list, and shipping documents) may be needed to clear the products from customs once they arrive; for example, a Certificate of Origin or an invoice legalized by the consulate of your country may sometimes be required. If you feel unsure, a local customs broker can give you advice and handle customs procedures professionally on your behalf.
For hassle-free and stress-free importing, the information above boils down to:
- select a customs broker in your country
- email the customs broker web links of products you want, and ask her to help you find:
- what the tariff rates are
- what documents are required for import, if any

We will send you email updates throughout this process; and you may also log in to your account any time to track the fulfillment status of your order.
6. Pay import tariff, clear goods from customs
When the shipment arrives in your country, you may clear it from customs yourself or through the help of a customs broker. You will need to pay applicable tariff to the customs office at this time. Then, the products are yours! If you use the service of a customs broker, she can also arrange delivery of the goods to your location.
